This post is about the best way to build muscle mass . Must learn the basic rule first.

First I want to tell you guys what i have been experience a lot in my office. It is just the same question actually though it’s tend to be variety. As a someone who has been through for quite some time in muscle building, I tends to get these questions every day in my office from my colleague. Each of them who has trouble or dream to build muscle up always ask this very same question, ” How am i going to build muscle mass fast and effectively”.

This is the variety of the question i tend to gets. Can you guide me how to build muscles quick? Can you guide me how to pack a ten or fifteen pounds of additional muscle mass before the next holiday? Can you assist me get ready for the first or bodybuilding competition fitness model? Can you help you look like someone who actually doing weight lifting? Can you guide me to build a body that will turns heads and demands respect from others?

Guys, do listen here!  I am glad to say that learning how to build muscle quick is not as difficult as some would have you think, but not as easy as you would have imagine. But you need to be ready to train smart, not hard. Do not get me wrong, I do not mean wimping during practice. I am pointing to the big picture of training more intelligently.

Here are some of the most common advice I have gave to them about the best way to build muscle mass.

1. If you do wight lifting, if you normally 10 reps just keep to it. Never ever do more than what you normally do. If you do exceed it you are emphasizing your slow-twitch fibers of the muscles and thus you will have the least chance for muscle growth.

2. Try to reduce training time means doing more work in short time and you’ve increased your work load. Routine refers to the number of  reps within your workout.

Try figure this out. Someone who can make 4 sets of bench press 185 pounds with 30 seconds of rest or a person who can make 4 sets of bench press 185 pounds with a pause of 90 seconds? People who can make the exact amount work in short period. Guess who is more muscular? People who have a working capacity is higher.

After taking a short break, move from one exercise to another much more quickly. Do not be suprise if you feel out of shape! This is one of the simplest things you can do to increase the density of your muscles and your ability to take a new level. Be well set up to humble yourself and go out of your comfort zone.

3. Do one exercise per muscle group. Only one? Yes, only one. Consider this all day in the gym. Today is the day of your chest. Your first routine is bench press. You make your first set with 185 pounds, the second set with more than 205 pounds, the third at 225 pounds, and the fourth set with 245 pounds. Your target is simple spark in your muscle growth.

4. Increase your strength by 5% every two weeks. One of the major mistakes I see someone who just started to build muscles is they tend not to track their progress. They come back week by week for only reherse same exercise with the lack of progress. How can you hope to build muscle quick if you continuously lift the same weights each session? Your body is made to tolerate stress. Attack and let the greatest. Attack and let the greatest. It is a simple concept.

Imagine, within six months from now, you are more than twice as strong as you are now! I would really advise you to write your goals for the force for six months from now and then work backwards. If you lift 135 pounds , aim to be weightlifting 270 pounds for a few months!

I learned a lot of time to question everything we read and hear. Learn for yourself by doing and not talk. As a skinny boy once myself, 149 pounds to be exact, I fight my skinny genetics and learned the best way to build muscle mass by not following the herd and training smarter and not harder. Will you?

I have said it in my earlier post and i say it again because this is the most important for hardgainers in gaining muscle. Once you down, then it is only the case following a proven training process using your body muscle building potential.

These exercises usually consist of dumbbell exercises that provide various types of movement and get a lot of muscle groups working simultaneously. I want to tell you some tips to build muscle mass that I’ve learn when i first started in muscle building . When i was just starting out to building muscle mass  i never care about what are the factors that involve that can led me to build muscle mass fast and natural way other than workout and supplement.

I get to know this tips from one of the muscle building programs that i follow up until today even though i have achieved the body that i dream of (I’m not bragging but I’m proud with my body now hehe…). It is not that hard to guess though. Actually the process of build muscle mass and develop it is not something that occurs overnight. If you have followed any muscle building program or buy any muscle building workout programs that says they will give you much like a week, it’s absolutely not true, and obviously you have wasted your time and money muscle mass workouts package.

There are a number of factors that help your body to accelerate muscle building process. These are the most important muscle building tips you need to always keep in mind:

Factor 1: Diet

Before you can see the results in the gym, you must first make sure that you feed your body the right meal. Taking the correct type and amount of meal that your body need to build muscle just like a car, when you put the wrong fuel and it is so bad that could not walk at all. the same goes with your body fuel when you want to workout to build muscle.

Most people know that the primary sources of protein when it is at building muscle, but how much and what to eat is often a problem.

Instead, the right and healthy way to your body for maximum muscle growth is not as nourishing food, and eat more foods high in protein and low in saturated fat and sugar. Carbohydrates are okay as long as they enjoyed in moderation and burn them with exercise.

Eat not more 3 large meals a day, eat small portions 6 in the vicinity of the break and drink lots of water.

And this is my friends requires commitment and the correct attitude to keep pushing you all the time.

If you do not have the dedication, commitment or will to join the muscle building program, then I can assure you within 3 months you will be cut out. If you need to quickly build and develop your body muscles and be proud of it, then make sure the correct attitude and are committed to accomplish this goal!
